Q: How do I play?
A: Simply enter the code found underneath the cap or tab on a participating 1 Liter bottle and 24oz Can Brisk products at www.BRISKBODEGA.com and follow the onscreen instructions to submit an entry, for a chance to win Brisk gear.
Q: Can I obtain a code without purchasing a Brisk product?
A: To obtain a code without purchase, send your name and a complete address postmarked by October 9, 2013 to: Brisk Bodega Code Request, PO Box 2323, Addison, TX 75001. If you would like to receive your code via e-mail, please include your e-mail address with your request. Limit one (1) Code request per hand-addressed stamped outer envelope. Code requests must be postmarked by October 9, 2013 and received by October 16, 2013.
Q: After submitting my information on the promotion website, I received a message saying I was ineligible for this promotion. What are eligibility requirements?
A: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of participation. Please see the Official Rules for details http://customgear.briskbodega.com/Rules
Q: After submitting my code on the promotion website, I received a message saying my code is not recognized. Why wouldn't my code be recognized?
A: Your code must be entered exactly as it is printed under the cap.
Q: After submitting my code on the promotion website, I received a message saying I had already entered the maximum number of codes. What is the maximum?

Q: I entered on the promotion website but didn't receive the confirmation email needed to complete my entry?
A: It may take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive depending upon your email service provider. If you still do not see it, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still do not see your confirmation email, please confirm you have entered the correct email address.
Q: I received the winner message but after I entered my information, the onscreen message said I had already won a prize in this promotion. Why am I now being told I'm not a winner?
